  1. We do most of the deliveries ourselves, with our own transport. Our vehicle is fitted with freezer capacity so we can deliver both ambient and frozen groceries at the same time.
  2. We have divided Denmark into several areas for deliveries. Check the schedule for your area on Delivery Dates in Your Area.
  3. On the Friday before your delivery date, you will receive an email with the exact day and time. Please check your spam folder, as many of our emails end up there.
  4. For customers living on unconnected islands, we can send by post. The cost of every postal parcel is added to the bill at normal PostNord rates. Frozen items and alcohol cannot be sent by post.
  5. Payment is at the time of delivery — we accept MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard or cash.
  6. The prices on the website are the prices you pay — no extras for VAT or local taxes. Orders over kr 500 delivered by our own van are free; orders under kr 500 carry a kr 55 delivery charge. Postal parcels are charged at normal PostNord rates.
  7. Orders can also be collected from our warehouse in Nþrresundby, North Jutland. Please arrange in advance — the warehouse is unmanned for much of the time.
